For over 250 years, our family has been crafting some of Mexico’s smoothest tequila. Our small batch process to obtain an ultra-clean distillate, with large removal of heads and tails, bitter honeys and other unpleasant compounds, bringing only the heart of the distillation into every bottle. The house signature profile, highly consistent batch after batch thanks to the full control of all the ingredients and the in-house propagation of our proprietary yeast culture.
