Micro batch experimentation and maturation in our finest Mercury Head Cabernet Sauvignon barrels resulted in a rich, layered and unique oak profile. Tamed with pristine water originating from a natural hillside spring found on Dave Phinney’s property 2000 feet above the Alexander Valley in California.
Straight Edge is a blend of 5, 7 and 8-year-old Bourbon from Kentucky and Tennessee. The Bourbon was finished in the Napa Valley where it was aged in seasoned wine barrels. The barrels imparted toasty vanilla and dried fruit notes while also allowing the Bourbon to soften and mellow.
