The 2015 vintage of Clairin Casimir Rum – a rich and herbaceous white rum agricole rum twofold refined at the Douglas Casimir refinery in the town of Baraderes, Haiti. What is interesting to Casimir and different distillers in the zone, is to include a few herbs or vegetable issue to unadulterated stick juice amid aging to upgrade the flavors. Faubert includes leaves of citronella, cinnamon, and in a few groups, ginger.
